Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Order will be picked and shipped between 5-7 business days via USPS (tracking number included) *97.6% of our orders deliver in 5 days or less 

Q. Where are my products being shipped from?

A. Your items are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, Charlotte or Dallas, depending on final destination.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes! shipping price/times vary upon location but we have just opened new warehouse in Europe. *estimated shipping 5-10 days

Q. Why is the tracking for my order not showing up?

A. It takes USPS (United States Postal Service) up to 48hrs to update tracking information.

Q. What if i want something not seen in the store?

A. You can email us at [email protected], tell us what you want and we can make it happen.

Q. What type of ink do you use?

A. We use genuine Brother GT-3, water pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children's clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high colorfast AATCC rating of 4

For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome water based HDR ink jet technology.

Q. How should i wash my printed garments?

A. Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Q. Can i cancel/modify my order after it has been submitted?

A. Unfortunately not, once order has been submitted it cannot be modified or canceled. The good news is, you can return by mail once you receive and contact us.

Q. Can I make a group order?

A. Yes you can make group orders as well as qualify for free shipping and bulk discounts. Email us at [email protected] first or use our contact page.

Q. I want some items made for something other than Grambling gear can you help me?

A. Yes!! Of course we do multiple items, just send email to [email protected]

A. All shirts fit true to size

Q. Something is wrong with my order, what do I need to do?

Q. Are shipping fees refundable?

A. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Q. I have an idea for a shirt i want. Can you design it for me and make it so me and my friends can purchase online?
